With an eye for quality, a superior sense of style, and a client centered approach to business, Kim has proven herself as an innovative designer. She offers a balance of creativity, collaboration and forward thinking with a structured, organized and detailed mentality; enabling her to deliver focused development, follow through and total completion to each aspect of the design. Kim tackled her first project as the lead designer managing the complete remodel of a commercial space. Next, she oversaw the complete design development for three custom homes within a private family complex, personalizing each home while maintaining continuity throughout the adjacent properties. She coordinated architectural details, designed and specified custom construction elements, created and implemented the full interior concepts. During this time, Kim also lead and partnered on various residential and multi-family projects of differing scale and depth of involvement.
